      Great benefits. Always trying to do stuff for employees. Will give out raises.

      Work is slow in the winters. Management could do a better job at being on the floor with employees.

      Compensated after closing facility which was generous. Good benefits. Good coworkers and management

      Cons

      Prior to closure business was slow (obviously) and for years prior they said they didn't plan to close until they did. Also low cost of living raise in a very expensive area.
