Good autonomy and possibility to influence if you perform well

They might trust you, but you cannot trust them. They gave my word to hire me as a part time freelance after my work as employee (I needed time for personal projects), but at the last minute, after I registered my company and declined a job offer, they changed their mind. I had to find another job in emergency to avoid economical difficulties, as I would not get unemployment benefits. I lost lots of economy to live without income, during the one month that took finding a new job. During the 4 months of my employment, I saw 7 persons over the 12 hired by the company, being fired or going away.

- Salaries paid on time. - Multicultural environment, which is always interesting.

- Not all employees are treated the same, it depends how closely affiliated you are to the higher management - otherwise you don't count. - Unfair and sometimes offensive treatment against women. - Management wants to tightly control subordinates. - Lack of trust in general - "blame game". - No real chances or opportunities for advancement. - No team spirit whatsoever - those who are in good terms with management only care about keeping things this way, often at the expense of other employees.
