Pros
work2future Foundation is a growing nonprofit with a diverse staff. While there is work to do in augmenting infrastructure and building the Foundation Board, the grassroots client-centered approach here is refreshing. Management is in touch with the needs of frontline employees and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Cons
This organization is still young and infrastructure must be gradually built to sustain expansion over time. The nonprofit must fully engage in enhancing their public profile among prospective foundation grantors with a goal of diversifying funds. This will require a more engaged BOD.
