ZISPL is an employee-centric organization and the best place to work as it truly believes in its workforce and provides ample opportunities to grow. In addition, the company supports the employees with a perfect work-life balance, which is helping me manage my house and job. Leadership makes you feel part of the family.
Cons
As of now, there are no cons except alternate Saturdays working. I hope that soon, we would have only 5 days working soon.
