The discussions about new ideas, features and new methods are really good.
Learnt a lot in a short amount of time.
Gave me opportunities to learn about UI/UX Design, when I was hired as a developer.

Good work culture! Everybody is very supportive!
Cons
For me, one con was that I couldn't meet the team offline because of the pandemic.
There should be a fun day every month if employees are working from home.
