The discussions about new ideas, features and new methods are really good. Learnt a lot in a short amount of time. Gave me opportunities to learn about UI/UX Design, when I was hired as a developer. Very open and accepting about your opinions, new ideas and suggestions. Good work culture! Everybody is very supportive!

For me, one con was that I couldn't meet the team offline because of the pandemic. There should be a fun day every month if employees are working from home.

I have worked at 4 companies before this including internships and full-time roles and this is the first time that I have been truly excited and happy to go to work not just for the pay. This is what I found as different from other work cultures: 1. Feedback is TRULY welcome: Irrespective of the position you are in, people here truly want your feedback, especially when you disagree with something. The difference here is that feedback is met with appreciation and pride and not with repercussions or backlash. Everyone is working towards getting things right and not being right. The work done by the senior employees here in this regard is truly commendable. 2. Freedom and trust: The organization does not have a formal leave tracking system or attendance tracking policy. People are never asked to explain themselves when they need a day off or when they want to work from home. There is no system of LOPs and people are never asked to bring evidence or proof of illness. Nobody makes anyone feel bad for needing a day off. 3. Equitable Treatment: Irrespective of the position you are working at, everyone is treated fairly. You will never find anyone being asked to blindly obey someone just because of their job title in the organization. People are asked to question things and find out the "why" behind them before they do any work.
