Pros
-Great mutuelle (Alan) for healthcare -Can negotiate a higher pay than some other Paris schools start at (though still not as well paid as could be) -Wednesdays off for planning
Cons
-Stephane & Maxime are businessmen, do not have a background in education, do not have a true investment in the school and the children/family’s wellbeing outside of it making them money -Directors of each school are expected to be half-teacher/half-director, leaving both jobs not properly filled -Very small classrooms with too many children, and not enough quality teachers (rely too heavily on lowly paid stagiaires - interns) -Children are forced to do a lot of age-inappropriate worksheets instead of meaningful play-based work -No outdoor space on campus for children
