Pros

The place is pretty cool but they have timed breaks and very heavy company culture which would be great accept you don’t get an hourly wage.

Cons

You get treated like a cog working as 1099, very disheartening. Great potential but if you aren’t living at home with parents or have another income to rely on stay away.

Pros

Nice, clean office setting. Close to public transportation.

Cons

The company culture is a fusion of toxic jock masculinity and fictional character: Archie Bunker. Almost all new sales reps close their 1st sale close to their 2nd month, and the way the commission structure is designed, they never collect commission because the structure is unrealistic and unattainable. The real beneficiaries are the senior sales reps who take over the warm leads from the new sales reps that end up quitting. You can easily detect who the senior sales reps are, they hardly work and take multiple breaks throughout the day.

However, we respectfully disagree with the characterization of our company culture and commission structure. Yes it is a sales organization and we pride ourselves on our tough but fun culture. Our sales environment rewards hard work and dedication. New sales reps who consistently engage with our training and processes typically close their first sale within their first or second month and earn commissions based on a clear, attainable structure. Success in sales is driven by effort and persistence, and while senior reps may benefit from experience, they too are held to the same performance standards. We take pride in fostering a supportive team dynamic and are committed to addressing any concerns to ensure a fair and rewarding workplace for all.
