No Pros, toxic organization with no work life balance. One of the worst companies I ever worked for. It’s a family business with no prospective for growth and development Work here to realize what a horrible mistake you made and that you are not as smart as you think

Work here and you will learn - ‘How important is family and work life balance, coz you will not have access to both’ and you will learn ‘What kind of companies you should work for’ Stupid weekly review calls on Saturdays that will ruin your entire day You will start your day at 9 And finish at 7 They will change policies everyday and make your life hell in new and creative ways You have to tolerate stupid tantrums of Suresh Toxic management They will shout at you on office floor They will insult you in front of everyone They will make you beg for every single penny they pay you You need more salary, take up more targets No organic growth or raise coz of experience and contributions Everyone working here hates the organization and the mgmt and they are working coz they don’t have better option or another job Everyone working here has some financial issues which forces the individuals to continue working here
