Pros
Really great company, so passionate about what they do and the management team are top notch. Were very understanding and supportive with me in a difficult personal situation for which I'll be ever greatful to Neil/Gar for.
Cons
Location, only due to where I lived and commuted from, the offices are brilliant and the views spectacular.
