Company has drastically reduced its head count and probably hasn't finished its cuts. The HR team seems to be running the show under poor management. They shove culture down your throat and brag about how great we are (meanwhile the company has lost so many good people). HR is arrogant and doesn't seem to get what's really going on with their people. Our Time is a joke and is leveraged against staff when it was sold to us that it wouldn't. Our Time is simply a cosy savings to ensure staff don't take their holidays. There is no such thing as a free lunch and there is certainly no such thing as unlimited vacation time!
