Pros

In the beginning the company was very family orientated. Work/Home life balance was great but as the company grew that all changed. I worked with a great bunch of people thru my many years there.

Cons

New Managers comming into the company and not realizing the talent they had and replaced most of the staff with there former colleges.

Pros

I can from a larger company and here I really feel like I am given a chance to make a difference. I would say I feel needed and appreciated and I have fun. We don't have margarita Mondays or anything, but I seriously enjoy the people I work with. We get results and still are given plenty of time to have a life, including every other Friday off in the summer and a week off at Christmas. Sure, there may be times with a big deliverable and I put in extra time, but there are weeks I don't put in a minute over 40 hours. We are treated like adults who are given the freedom to make our own schedules as long as we are getting results. I get plenty of recruiter calls and I know I could get a quick promotion somewhere else, but I make good money here and I don't want to give up the fact that I enjoy coming to work.

Cons

With just under a hundred people in the Denver office there is not as much room for growth as much larger companies. But I do feel I am constantly given the chance to learn more about all aspects of the industry and when I ask, my manager always tries to accommodate development needs.

Pros

Good co workers Good office location

Cons

HR runs the company, and they are awful Management out of touch and think running the company through HR is the way to go CEO and exec team unaccountable for years of poor company performance Hyper conservative culture that pretends to be relaxed but isn’t Bad, top down and HR driven and HR monitored “Culture” Awful “unlimited” vacation policy that is in effect a no vacation policy, of course closely monitored by HR and leveraged against employees by managers/HR Lots of useless middle management/team leads that don’t do anything but meet with HR and wait for someone else to do something so they can forward it in a email Lots of random, small layoffs, one or two at a time, zero job security Wouldn’t recommend

Pros

Some great people on the worker level.

Cons

Managers hire lovers and family for work and place employees in the middle to maanage them. Creates difficult situations where you can't effectively lead your boss kids or lovers. Nepotism and sexism is rampent.
