      Creativity Not Necessary, Point, Shoot, Make Money and Don't Think About Being Creatively Fulfilled.

      Pros

      Good for a brief time to gain experience on how not to run a digital production company. Have attracted a select few talented individuals, or acquired long term employees who have a lot to offer and teach, but do not have the empowerment or ambition to do so.

      Cons

      Will throw you under the bus to keep clients (even if it wasn't your work the client was upset about), witnessed multiple dismissals for unsound reasons, Engage Sports Partners have a tendency to "oversell" products they can't deliver" - multiple issues with poor inexperienced managers, and bleeding clients, no HR and lack of compassion for workers in general. Do not pay freelancers for months.

      Pros

      Variety of clients. Good office location, a nice amount of social events throughout the year.

      Cons

      Sometimes colleagues and especially HR can be unemphatic. Training will most likely not be provided so you must come with a set of skills. You will probably not be recognised for your work here. Lower pay than most competitors. My advice, strive for better and never stay longer than a year at most, you will not want to end your career here.

      Enthusiastic friendly youngsters thriving for better, give the place some energy.

      Cons

      Senior Directors are out of touch and showed a lack of professionalism and poor communication.
