      Pros

      Generally great people in the office, innovation and interesting project and opportunity to own part of the business is offer to most staff.

      Cons

      They don't live up to their company values, profit driven decision making without long term growth strategy, management tend to micro-manage even as openly preaching against it.

      Pros

      Some of my former colleagues were passionate and good people.

      Cons

      Much of the management and senior engineers are toxic and gaslight younger professionals. Moving away from this company was the best choice for my career.
