      Some interesting technology applications in military, avionics & biomedical fields.

      Cons

      Tiny company, so little to no prospects for career advancement. While the tech is interesting, it is very niche and narrowly focused. It'll be challenging to apply experience here to other fields. Learn to play at company politics - brown-nosing is required. Salaries and benefits are underwhelming, even for the area. Management typically unresponsive to requests & issues, resorting to bluffs & threats to ensure compliance. "Work-life balance" is a dirty phrase - your 'exempt' status will be abused.
