      The only reasons nowadays that makes some one want to work in this place are the following -Medical insurance -Socially insurance

      -Low salary ( 5 years experience will take a net salary equal to 3 years of experience ) -too many work hours ( more than 8.5 hrs with no additional hrs payment ) -bad environment ( too many management bad decisions )
