Pros

College reimbursement policy is good and benefits are competitive to other companies. Most people are positive and hard working employees.

Cons

High turnover departments are not investigated as to why. There is a highly charged political atmosphere that steals motivation. In the spirit of #metoo movement the organization has allowed and promoted employees that slept into promotions. This is a terrible distraction within the culture that has caused employees to look for other employment. Hopefully this will change

Pros

Ent is a very shady company! They have no respect for you as an employee and it doesn't matter how long you have been a loyal employee they still treat you like crap! Very uncaring business and it's all about the money. They say "not for profit" but they are LYING! All Ent and Senior Mgmt care about is how much money they can put in their pockets.

Cons

The benefits are decent enough

Pros

* If your young and this is your first corporate america job and you have plenty of energy and don't require a high pay then Ent is for you.

Cons

*They are currently fighting a lawsuit with Frank Azar and advised us not to mention it to members or answer any questions just give it to higher up mangement. *After my six months there was no review or pay raise however I was sent to do new accounts training and become a notary so my workload was doubled with no pay raise. *I've never had a company penalize me for sick days. It'll dock you three points on the attendance policy and when you get to 18 points it's a PIP. 27 points is termination. *Driving is a must. Heading to the Springs 2 to 3 times a month is never fun. *I've been asked to give honest feedback and was ridiculed by management so now I don't even voice my opinion to the management because it goes no where. * I had a meeting with Matt Grendgon in regards to the attendance policy back in December and nothing has changed plus I've seen three employees leave the company because of it.
