Pros

- You can make extra income on commissions based on team performance monthly, but usually manager and assistants get way more of than trainees. Also, sometimes the targets to hit commission can feel unattained, as it gets harder every time it is met. - The random lunch orders paid for by the business for everyone is wonderful, also if you are a great salesperson you get to have a day out with other best sales colleagues and senior/area managers, paid for. However, with how much the employees make for the business, specially the best 30 sales employee every month, they could be offered monetary gains, not everyone care about going away with some strangers talking about nothing of depth, and rather sales, and company culture.

Cons

Oh! God, where do I start? Here are just a few of them, I could write a whole book on cons of working in Enterprise-rent-car branches. - Very long hours - no work-life-balance and the company glorify that. also, the overtime is expected no one asks you to stay longer but usually your colleagues will be staying over therefore you wont feel like having to leave, they encourage this weird culture of staying at work longer than your shifts on contract/paper. and if you decide to follow the contract and never do overtime, just know, promotion will be harder or non-existent for you. - Promotions are usually based on Area manager's discretion not really merit. if the manager likes you or you're friends with, or you openly put them in a pedestal then your promotion is halfway guaranteed. alongside that, if you mess up or if you mis perform you could easily be spit out like a vomit, HR doesn't really exists, when that happens. and competition is wild, they have more management trainees hired than they have management jobs, so you could be an assistant for years and cannot become a branch manager because there is no branch needing a manager. the worst thing is throughout their hiring process and your time as trainee they will paint a perfect picture of how everyone will be a branch manager and make so much money, but when you look at the stats, no, there are not enough branch to make everyone a manager, and no, you're not going to make that much money as they will make you believe. -You can easily get moved from branch to branch in very short notices, you can get a call from your area manager on Friday to move to another branch starting on Monday. and that doesn't matter if you're leaving a branch that is 10 min drive from home, to a branch that is 45 min drive from your home. they make you go, and there is nothing you can do. Lowkey they do bully employees with this. it can be even worse for Assistants and BM, they almost have no say if that happens, and it at times feels like punishment, when this happen.
