I have been working at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Love the people and the atmosphere in the branch. The number of promotional opportunities is crazy as well. People are constantly getting promoted and everyone just wants to work hard and be recognised for that. I can already see that you get out what you put in. You are learning to run your own business and the management team are really passionate about what they do.

    Cons

The hours are long and can be unpredictable but what do you expect when you work in retail? It is a very customer service orientated environment and our customers seem to be exceptionally demanding but nothing beats the buzz of getting a great customer service score and you get a bonus too!

    Advice to Management

It’s great to see upper management out in the branches please keep this up!

I have been working at Enterprise part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Only just started with Enterprise recently as a home worker. Firstly home working is as awesome as it sounds. Secondly, I have never felt more welcomed into a job than with Enterprise (and I have had many dozens of jobs). The benefits they offer are beyond what you would expect. Most places just treat you as a profit making tool these days, very little caring. I don't think Im going to get that feeling here.

    Cons

    Home working leaves no Cons

    Advice to Management

I have no advice I think could add value

I worked at Enterprise full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Overall great experience working for ERAC - lots of opportunities to develop and take on many responsibilities from the very beginning.

    Cons

Zero work life balance! If you're all about a career and love working then you will have a fair chance of progressing. However be prepared to work long hours for very little in return. Worth noting approximately 50% of all new employees leave within the first 6 months (Scotland)

    Advice to Management

Better communication required at every level

I worked at Enterprise full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Guidance from other employees, learning all aspects of business, if you view it as a career you will progress very quickly

    Cons

Sometimes hours can be long but think of it as a career...if you were starting uo your own business you won’t be doing 9-5 Monday to Friday!

    Advice to Management

Busy periods can take away from development and focus more on rental. Important for employee and management to keep development a priority
