I have been working at Enterprise full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Love the people and the atmosphere in the branch. The number of promotional opportunities is crazy as well. People are constantly getting promoted and everyone just wants to work hard and be recognised for that. I can already see that you get out what you put in. You are learning to run your own business and the management team are really passionate about what they do.

    Cons

The hours are long and can be unpredictable but what do you expect when you work in retail? It is a very customer service orientated environment and our customers seem to be exceptionally demanding but nothing beats the buzz of getting a great customer service score and you get a bonus too!

    Advice to Management

It’s great to see upper management out in the branches please keep this up!

    Cons

Hours can vary dependent on branch efficiency; a great manager will get you out on time. You learn from both the long and shorter hours and begin to understand how to run your own branch efficiently in the future.

    Advice to Management

Upper management coming into branch is a great motivational tool.

I have been working at Enterprise full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I’ve just been recently promoted to management assistant within 6 months from starting The management trainee program. There is constant opertunities and promotion prospects that really excite myself, all the staff are like minded and work extremely hard and the company reward and recognises this. If you want to progress quick and get responsibility then enterprise is the company for you.

    Cons

The hours can be long but this is clearly explained to you before you start but what do you expect when working in a retail environment, but you are rewarded for working the long hours with getting overtime pay.

    Advice to Management

I would advise to keep dovelopinf staff and making this one of your top priorities and the best staff drive the best business and give our customers the best service.

I worked at Enterprise full-time for more than a year

    Pros

I thoroughly enjoyed my time as you can have a laugh as the teams are made up of characters due to the employment style of ERAC. Potential for fast development if you pursue it yourself.

    Cons

Although I e enjoyed it I would not want any of my family or friends to be put through the work week enterprise involves. You can build up a decent sized salary but bear in mind this is for 50 hour work week so it is not comparable to a UK salary on 37 5 hours. An intern on 18000 will end up being paid £6.92 an hour before tax. Management tainees £8.27 (even though it's the same work as an intern). Assistant manager...
