I have been working at Enterprise full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

*Promote from within philosophy means that everyone has the ability to progress and that progression is based on merit, not tenure. *Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, led by the CEO. *Fun and friendly culture, great people! *Focus on employee development - support and mentoring from all levels of management across all areas.

    Cons

*You are given a lot of responsibility so this can result in longer working hours, it's not necessarily an expectation but many do put in the hard work to reap the rewards.

I have been working at Enterprise full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Enterprise has a good base salary for graduates (21.5k) and regular training is given. You also have a lot of responsibility for a graduate job - you will be allocated corporate accounts and have to market Enterprises services. Big emphasis on sales and other targets helps development.

    Cons

Sometimes practices were unethical, although this is an industry problem not specific to Enterprise. Although sales is heavily pushed there is no commission offered. Although Enterprise only promote from within, this is exaggerated through the hiring process - boot licking is the only way to get a promotion at Enterprise and is highly encouraged from day 1. You WILL work 55 hours or more each week, some branches even 7 days a week. You’ll get used to it but it takes its toll.
