Pros
I'm reaching the end of my first year at Entripy and I have to say I have come a long way from when I began. This workplace is a great place to start your career - everyone is super friendly and helpful and I've learned a lot since starting. This is my first full-time role in the HR field and I've learned so much about the company and the job itself. My manager takes a genuine interest in helping me with my career and ensures that I get the opportunity to work on new things so that I am continuously learning. This is something that I value highly - I came from a prior workplace where I received minimal training and support so I definitely appreciate coming to an environment where your superiors value you and invest their time in you. The management team is great! Everyone is very friendly and easy to talk to. The managers are also far from micromanagers and all trust their employees to get their work done which is something that I really appreciate. The staff is also very friendly. I remember in my first few weeks, I was shadowing some individuals from different departments - everyone was super helpful and took the time to answer any questions that I have. This really made my transition into this company much easier - I felt very comfortable working at Entripy early on. I would definitely recommend this company to others - it's a great place to work and gain valuable experience. I started my HR career here and have learned a lot since starting.
Cons
I can't think of any cons - I am genuinely happy working at Entripy. There are days where I work longer hours, but it is never requested by my manager. I am invested in learning more about the HR field and I am happy to work the long hours (when I need to) to get important things done. So I can't say anything negative about the organization.
