      Pros

      Best thing is there is no micromanagement, people over all friendly. No politics as such.

      Cons

      Not sure why they not consider good appraisals, heard from soo many about it, have seen with my own eyes many people leaving because of low pay and hardly an increment of 60 to 100 dollar max.
