A) In a constant flux between improving morale and profiting as much as possible, you can tell that management cares, freely offering food, events, semi-decent communication. B) There's room to grow in many, many skills and meet amazing people, but.... C) Flexible scheduling!! **D) Company is currently in a state of evolving and expanding, which potentially comes with great changes.
Cons
A) In my time here, this job continually fails to value the sheer care & effort every employee puts into this lab, which is why both employee retention and general morale is low. People come and go often, in the lab, the field, and administrative departments. B) There's room to grow in many, many skills and meet amazing people, but....EMT puts a lot of weight on those people's shoulders. These people work tirelessly, are given many responsibilities with rarely significant pay raises, take on projects outside of their scope or capacity without the financial bonuses promised in the interviews, and strive to get the best quality results without holiday bonuses. **C) Company is currently in a state of evolving and expanding, which potentially comes with not-great changes.
