Pros
Training was pretty informative, online training course, good starter for those wanting to know about cameras, great place to meet new friends with the same hobby
Cons
The pay seems convincing, but if you really think about it, it does not compensate the amount of work at all for a whole day. Company hires too much people, allowing for work to be scarce. Biased training course. Definitely have to suck up to management to ever get work. With big weddings farther away, only one car gets compensated for gas (pretty unfair considering a pandemic, but looks good in their eyes since the higher ups are friends). Expect to get another job to pay the bills.
