      Pros

      Eplexity is a great company to work for, the benefits are good, all the people I work with are great. People that come into the company have to know their stuff; you can't fake it because of its size. I have seen engineers come in, sale themself as able to do the work and fall short. Eplexity is leading in new tech and business solutions for cloud and not everyone can keep up. The pay is great and every educational training I have asked for I have received paid for.

      typical medium size business, though I don't see that as a con.

      - innovative - great culture - opportunities for growth - wonderful employees

      - not necessarily a con but must be adaptable, this company is ahead of the curve which comes with a need to grow and learn as the company grows
