      Pros

      Free glasses/ sunglasses. Opportunity to do diverse work. Tons of responsibility.

      Cons

      Chaotic, conflict-drive office culture as a direct result of poor management and an unstable CEO. Extremely high attrition, mismanaged projects, no respect for work/life balance (expect 12 hour days, expect to work holidays, expect not to be offered any additional comp). Below-market salaries, dysfunctional resource allocation (ie the CEO takes Ubers everywhere but the office power gets shut off).

      Best Learning Experience I've Ever Had

      Pros

      Awesome people, lots of responsibility, endless learning opportunities. They have a really great set of investors / advisors that are super engaging. I would have stayed except I had to move out of state for family reasons.

      Cons

      It was a bit of a commute for me when they were located in Williamsburg but have since relocated to a huge new office in Chelsea.

      A true startup

      Pros

      Learned a ton both inside my functional area and outside of it. Amazing people. Free lunch. They use to be in a really cool neighborhood (Williamsburg) but have since moved to Chelsea.

      Cons

      Lots of work and a lot of pressure to ship! If you love shipping (both literally and figuratively) this will be a great place. If bureaucracy and predictability are what you're looking for a bigger company may be a better fit. If you thrive with less structure and unlimited potential this will be a good fit for you (but not for everyone).
