Pros

Technology oriented company with very good environment and people to work with.

Cons

Nothing important to say. It's one of the best software companies in Greece.

Pros

Pays on time Helpful colleagues Nice buildings

Cons

The company doesn't invest on people (no clear career path plans, there's no transparency regarding the evaluations, not even free resources for personal growth). No chance of career development unless you have the right acquaintances. Salaries are way too low, relatively to the market and the raises (they come when the management sees that you are looking for another job) are too small. Tech stack out of date, except from some cases when individuals try to introduce some new technology from their own.

Pros

-Remote Option, even after COVID -Pays in time -Helpful Colleagues

Cons

Unfortunately, the company is slow in catching up with the rest of the industry. Although it essentially has the majority of the market share in its sector, this has caused the company to enter a hibernation state. It has shifted its focus on raw profit and the stock exchange, completely neglecting internal HR processes, salary improvements, and professional development. Certain people in critical positions promote the "get paid for the least amount of work" attitude, which I despise. A company should promote constant improvement and self-development, even if it seems that there is no competition. You can never know when the tides shift. "You either die a hero or live long enough to be the villain" There is hope, however, as there have been some indications that the company is ready to transform, therefore, I sincerely hope that in a few years' time, things will be a lot better.
