Disorganized and mismanaged. Clearly expects high turn over. Minimal training. Prioritizes image over operations and efficiency.

In a typical day, you'll get the workload of (at least) two people with the expectation that you will complete it without overtime and with the pay of less than one person. Management will berate you for not answering emails within fifteen minutes (even if you're on a lunch break), asking for overtime, taking "too long" on a project they could never complete, not completing additional assignments from coworkers who have taken a day off or left the company (and I took on the job duties of three other people who had left), etc. There is no real option for growth or promotion, though you might be lucky enough to get a small raise.
