      Good . Just there. Some good team leader

      Cons

      the new management sucks, some team leaders are great while some sucks. They can wake up one morning and start to fire sfaff without reason.

We work hard to provide an environment for all of our team members to excel as we picked you when you came onboard and want you to be here! Overall we are excited about the leadership transition as it provides opportunities for us to grow our business and services in different ways. As this indicates that you are a current employee we hope that you are comfortable setting up a meeting with HR, your team leader, or a member of the executive team so we can understand your concerns better.

      Greatful at first but left a sour taste

      Support from senior staff lacking. Fired in matter of minutes and the reason they provided did not make sense.

      Thank you for sharing your thoughts on your experience with us. While we wish that things would work out for all, we realize that we are not the place for everyone. We know that we work hard with every employee to provide them with an environment to succeed with the management team working very closely with those that might be struggling. We don't agree that you didn't see the support from senior staff and we have never let anyone go in a blip. That would be foolish for any organization to make rash decisions such as this, as it takes a lot of time to recruit, train, and grow staff, to not put the care and attention into helping them excel. We hope that you found success and a place where you can truly fly!
