      Misleading Founders

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO was the only pro, when it could be used.

      Cons

      The two founders. One had their heart in the right place but did not know how to lead a people organization, which eventually lead to them being seen has manipulative and dishonest when people were promised their paychecks and weren't paid for months. The other founder was a self-indulging, egomaniac who thought they were at the forefront of ed tech. In reality, they were nothing more than a rambling fool who conned people.
