      Bonus Pay, Building is clean.

      Cons

      Management is clueless to backstabbing and gossip that goes on. Customers are allowed to talk to employees like trash and get away with it because they don't want to lose them. No coffee, snacks or access to breakroom or office supplies. There is no trust within departments and everything needs to be approved by 3 people before things get done- which slows down the process. Training is poor and what you do receive is confusing. You are basically set up for failure from Day One.
