      Colleagues Can create work life balance Given a lot of accountability

      Cons

      Chaos caused by senior management and procedures which are unweildly (meant for a workforce with twice the people) causes a lot of undue stress.

      Pros

      Job paid well and I learnt a lot while working there. Because there was not a lot of structure it was possible to be more innovative.

      Cons

      Very disorganised and very poor direction from management. Many times we were unable to execute tasks properly because management changed their minds mid way through the execution process thus wasting time and resources
