      Strange perspective

      Pros

      The flexible work and few experienced employees. Be aware the company delete all bad reviews by paying Glassdoor.

      Cons

      Haphazard, misguided and badly run organisation. I blame it on the whole senior board. The company can do well if you put some structure and processes in place. Very early stage startup mentality.

      Avoid- No clear vision for the company journey

      Pros

      Pay was good and the payments were made on time. Some colleagues were amazing and inspiring.

      Cons

      Toxic work environment where you are left to figure things out on your own. Very ambitious to scale up but lacked the right leaders. During my tenure some leaders were let go and was announced as 'mutual agreement.' They tried to launch a half baked product for the market and sales team was expected to make it work. To compensate this lost forecasted revenue, they started letting go of people. Egotistical leaders who does not listen to reason, micromanaging and condescending CEO. They sacked me afterwards with the reason being cost cutting. At this point I knew at least 3 others in my team who went through this hiring and firing.

      -Remote working and decent salary

      Cons

      - Very toxic enviroment coming from the top - Bullying and backstabbing, and don't try to speak up as you will be sacked in no time - Lack of work/life balance - Company supplies risk and compliance solution, but it's far from ethical and compliant
