Pros

The UK entity is a subsidiary of the parent brand based in Asia. In the UK we get a a lot of support form leadership team across APAC offices. With that said, the UK entity operates fairly independently and the leaders in the UK are excellent. They allow autonomy and are building a entrepreneurial and mature environment.

Cons

Currently a fully remote role which can be lonely however, the management team go to great efforts to make home working fun and engaging

-One of the few headhunters who stuck to their principles during the down-turn. All leaders and CEO in Singapore always reach out to hlelp and talk. -Invest heavily in staff and veyr supporting. -EBC hire top performers!!!!! Lots of people you can learn so much from. -Really allow people to operate autonomously as they do planning called 'Vision Days'.

Cons

Wish they had more snacks in the pantry hehe. The billers trips can be a bit hard to qualify for! But I think I will hit this year! :)
