      A real review. Not one by current employees trying to boost company ratings

      There are no pros except for that it's work if you are in need of employment and can't get a job at McDonald's. I only say that because McDonald's actually pays their employees!

      Despite what the company wants you to think with the forced, fake reviews from current employees just to boost their ratings because the real reviews give them such a poor rating, this company DOES commit Federal labor law violations. They ripped me off and I can see by other reviews they are still at it. A previous review calling them a scam company was long but 100% accurate, in my experience. That person was not a disgruntled employee as the other "fake" reviews would want you to believe but someone telling the truth. I urge anyone who is considering working for this company to submit a FOIA request to the US Dept. of Labor along with your own states Dept. of Labor. Also check out websites like Ripoff Report and other employment review websites. That should be all you need to see the truth about this company and have you running in the other direction. I urge anyone who considers working for this company to keep looking. They will promise the world and deliver on none of it. A minimum wage job will serve you better because at least you will get paid for your work.

      I'm sorry to hear about your experience with us. New management took over in mid-2015 and we've continued to grow at a pace that exceeds our competition. That growth is directly attributed to the great people we have at Ethos. While it's clear your position with us didn't work out, we wish all our current and previous employees well and hope you've found success in your new role.
