      Somewhat laid-back office environment Good place to gain entry level experience in ticketing and live events industry Travel opportunities available to attend industry events or support client events on site

      No growth opportunities inside the company No communication or engagement from leadership No 401k match, pay is not competitive No company culture No turnover in management and executive roles, positions are occupied by CEO's friends no matter if they're qualified Good employees are punished with more work for no additional pay to make up for other subpar employees
