Perfect Environment to Learn and Grow

I'm working in Trichy branch for more than 3 years. Best work environment ever!! It is such a supportive team. Once you learn the process, everything is so easy. Management helps you in all possible ways to learn and excel. The recognition and the remuneration that the company provides is commendable. The people here are so friendly and warm. They are very supportive. I haven't faced any difficulty in my job so far because, the company doesn't make any false promises to the students. The service that they are providing is very neat. So I feel very much comfortable. To see the students and parents happy after they avail ESC's service is what I call - "THE JOB SATISFACTION"!! There is no strict targets. All that the management expects is the involvement and the sincerity that you put into the job. The whole team will support you to develop the expertise in your job profile. I feel extremely privileged to be a part of ESC. I will continue to provide my service to this wonderful company.
