Multicultural environment, excellent working conditions and benefits, excellent colleagues and senior management, opportunity to be in involved in life changing projects, able to contribute to a better society.

Cons

The only problem with working inside a huge international organization within the public service is the bureaucratic machine. Too much paper work and authorizations from too many people.
