Employees are valued, respected and well-paid Great atmosphere within each unit and between different units Interesting, varied and challenging projects Training opportunities, conferences, seminars, talks, etc. Social events

Cons

Administratively impossible to renew contracts and stay beyond covering sick/maternity/paternity leaves as they arise if you are on a contractual agents' list.
