Cons

• Depending on your management and franchisee, you can feel unappreciated and like just another number to them • Bonuses are unattainable • Ridiculously underpaid, overworked and undervalued • Catty high-school girl drama. Your coworkers act like they’re a team, but then go around & talk behind each-others back and to the clients • My center does not provide PTO or benefits
