Unfortunately there is a serious disconnect from upper management and field operations. The level of misunderstanding is sincerely disheartening and alarming. The company was recently bought and it is understandable that changes need to be made but never at the cost of moral and culture. Unfortunately with no trust left it wasn’t a place I could see myself working at. I quit with no other job in place. I was willing to risk draining my savings than to put up with more tears and stress and losing all happiness during my day.

Getting kids in need to school is very fulfilling.

Cons

There is NO support for field operations to do their jobs and front line managers aren’t the issue. Front line managers aren’t being heard and there is a huuuuge disconnect between decision makers and the field. It’s also no secret that it will spread its workers so thin just to save a dollar.

Was a great company before the buyout.

Cons

A new team came in and promised great things but all they did was steamroll all of the old employees and contradict their plan. Senior leaders brought in all of their employees from his former dinosaur company.
