Favoritism, childish atmosphere, grudges, immature owner, no direction, no employee longevity, for a female owned company it is mainly filled with male employees. The owner lies to government agencies so that she can gain the titles for the company....

Very casual working environment, when you're not super stressed out.

Cons

CEO has no idea what employees do - far too "hands off" even though she probably thinks she's not. Your job duties will expand and expand and expand and you won't get a raise, no matter how much work/overtime you put in.

Cons

Hostile office environment created by management. Lack of processes and direction. ERP system needs to be fixed. Job responsibilities constantly change. High turnover.
