During better times there is a fun and supportive atmosphere. Generous options. Good pay and benefits. Great people! Work from home, if you want.
Cons
In a financial tailspin during a challenging fundraising period for tech startups. Not grounded in industrial reality. Assume that our aspirational future statements are current truth. We drank our own Koolaid. Impractical. Too academic. Unprofitable due to lack of focus. LAYOFFS!

Pros
I joined PsiKick as CEO in June '17 and have been having a blast working with the team. The environment is very intellectually challenging and now highly focused on transforming the company's technology innovations into winning products.
Cons
OK, I'll admit I'm biased, but I wanted to get the word out that the "academic environment" and "needs experienced management" issues have been addressed.
