      Great workplace with helpful management, but pay lacks fairness

      - Get to work with the world - Daily tokens for breakfast and lunch - On site gym is great - Management is very helpful; relaxed and reliable - A nice workplace to be apart of

      Cons

      - Did not receive a bonus for 1st year - Sometimes the work can become monotonous - No commission of bookings made (Even 0.1% would make a huge difference) - Salary could be better for a company making billions in profits (So much so they went on an over extended ship building frenzy)

      The senior staff in the Bandung branch created a toxic work environment and often made me feel uncomfortable. They even suggested that I resign from the company. The manager also tended to micromanage employees and frequently changed staff positions. In my case, my position was changed four times in a year. Additionally, I was told that I did not meet the sales target, even though I actually achieved it. Despite that, I was still terminated. Another issue was the unfair work culture. Senior employees often left work at 5:00 PM, even though the official working hours were from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. I was traumatized by their actions, i
