Pros

I’ll be honest, there are several things I appreciate about my current role. The pay is good and the company offers solid benefits, including a 401(k), health insurance, and a health savings plan. I also have a manager I truly respect, and I genuinely enjoy the work I do and the accounts I manage. However, I’m exploring opportunities that may better align with my long-term goals.

Cons

While I am grateful that employees from ADT Multifamily were retained after the acquisition, the work environment has become very demanding and, at times, exhausting. Expectations are extremely high, and there appears to be significant micromanagement within the organization. Managers often have limited ability to truly manage or advocate for their teams. Employees who express concerns or ask questions may sometimes feel that their feedback is viewed negatively rather than as an opportunity for improvement. The culture can feel less collaborative than before, and many employees are still adjusting to the “this is the new company” approach. For those who value open communication and team-oriented support, this transition may be challenging.

Services Company Potluck

Pros

Some people are nice but there's a pass the hot potato mentality when it comes to addressing customer issue's. Not a lot of care for new business or tangible plans to get it, sales seems to screw each other over though for a new project when they can.

Cons

This company changes names every five years, and it's a big potluck red-hot chili bowl of 50 other companies around the country. I liked it better when it was ADT.
