Bear in mind we are in a pandemic and sales for event products are incredibly low due to events throughout the world and the UK being cancelled. The majority of the sales team missed target and we were given a written warning. We were forced to sign this and told if we didn't sign this, we would get sacked. The company is run by spineless management who con people with the "part of the family" talk but have zero disregard for the mental wellbeing of there employees. We have been threatened with losing our job if we don't put sales on. Sales are moved forward from the previous month to fudge the numbers and make it seem as though the money coming in is higher than the actual total.
If you dont want a job at a workplace that will destroy your mental health, demotivate you and leave you nervous about whether you will have a job tomorrow due to the extreme scare tactics, trick you into working through the pandemic to be rewarded and then the week before they need to pay you they cancel all of commission, avoid at all costs for your own benefit. Also, the safety measures for Covid are none existent and we are able to work from home but not allowed to by senior management, putting all of us and our families at risk.
