    I worked at Evoke full-time

    Pros

People are great and benefits are good

    Cons

In typical agency fashion, the hours aren't great and leadership needs to be more accountable for career growth of employees and yearly reviews and promotions

I have been working at Evoke full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Evoke is on of the least political cultures I have ever experienced, which is a breath of fresh air. Management is respectful and open minded, and there is no favoritism.Everyone is treated fairly, the benefits are great and there is an actual work life balance. Really smart people who love the work. It's a great agency!

    Cons

    I haven't see any yet!

I have been working at Evoke full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    - Work life balance is nice, but can depends on your team. - Small/boutique agency environment makes it more of a tight knit vibe; the people care for you as a person - Creative quality is in a good spot (for a pharma agency), and management does care about your experience. They're very accessible and always willing to chat.

    Cons

    - Roll of the dice as to if your clients are great or really difficult - Can get roped into 'blame-culture' of who did what wrong, if you're not careful - Downside of smaller agency is sometimes smaller teams are strapped for experienced personnel and run into recurring snags with projects

I worked at Evoke full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

My direct manager was good. The teams were good.

    Cons

Social expectation was too uncomfortable. Turn over was very high. Art directors don't understand that users do not have their huge screens.

I worked at Evoke full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    • Overall, great people to work with • Good work/life balance • Fun neighborhood to work in • Summer Fridays

    Cons

    • Top heavy in staff (no interns/juniors) • Executive staff get all the good projects, lower to mid level do grunt work • Too focused on staff billing and timesheets verses letting people breath after high volume periods of work
