Hostile work environment, outdated technology services, horrendous leadership, family business that think it’s a Fortune 500 company, constant turnover, horrible customer base, and ugly office. Worst company culture of my life.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I hope that you are able to find success in your future endeavours, and please reach out to us with any real, detailed feedback that you have. We pride ourselves on having an award winning culture as well as award winning leadership, so we appreciate your feedback and will consider it when trying to continue to improve our brand. As the CEO of a small, family owned company, it is important to me to build a team of people who want what is best for our clients, and for our company as a whole. By hiring new people to fill the spots left by employees that were unwilling to participate in our relaxed, family friendly, employee centered company, we have been able to increase the quality of our culture and team as a whole!
I worked at Evolve for two years before moving to a bigger corporation. Evolve Systems is a strong family-owned small business that helps other businesses become successful! Just look up CEO Marnie Ochs-Raleigh, and you will be impressed and inspired by the work she has done and the lives she has changed. She is a former President of NAWBO and is a strong, intelligent leader for her company. I learned a lot working here especially from the President who is also a technical architect. His direction and education provided me with more technical knowledge and expertise to enhance my career. I had a lot of flexibility to design my own project process and tools to use, and they always listened to my suggestions for change.
Cons
If you prefer to work in a large corporation with several team members doing the same job, this may not be the place for you to work. Evolve Systems is always working to improve, so there tends to be a lot of change. If you do not like change and the ability to be a part of the consistent improvement, then this may not be the place for you.
-extremely toxic work environment. the family works together and has a clique. everyone else is gossiped about and put down. the three positive reviews on here are all from the family.
-no leadership. the owner has no direction, no management skills and gossips about other employees. there is no structure or growth opportunities.
-high turnover. from what I heard from a former employee there, they have gone through 5 people in one position in the past year.
