Pros
The people you meet in training
Cons
The canteen woman is rude, picks and chooses who she is nice to. A team manager didn’t q up and got served evn though we was on timed lunches and the q is always so long, she got served first and I saw the canteen woman eating while serving people chewing on a sausage at breakfast time . Floorwalker anlways moaning about how busy they are answering our questions but that’s why there floorwalkers. And they give different answers when you ask them a question and they always say oh once you answer the e-mail it won’t come back to you so just send it

Pros
Out and about in the community
Cons
Where do I start. Over the busiest period of the year we're being told to meet the lorry at the side of the road for our parcels, can't fit them all in my van doing that, apparently that's my problem now they taken half my round and I'm losing about 1500 quid if it's raining the parcels get soaked but they don't care about that or the customers,no respect they don't care about employees management haven't a clue.

Pros
I received a warm welcome and I have enjoyed working with a team of highly motivated, engaged and focused people who want to do the best for the customer (both internal and end user). The benefits and perks of the job are very competitive and motivational. I feel that I am valued and the work that I do is appreciated and developed by my line managers. Evri has a fantastic culture
Cons
Not experienced any negative aspects of the job.

Pros
There are seriously no pros left by the time they finish with you
Cons
They will STEAL your pay back from you. Even though they have profited from your hard work and your pictures they will fine you hundreds of pounds each month using the excuse that those same pictures they made millions from didnt meet their standards (meanwhile they have no standards, in anything at all) stealing back your earnings. While this is illegal, they do it through their intermediary businesses so they avoid accountability and pass it onto others. The most unscrupulous criminal practice I have ever seen a business implement. Given that their couriers pay their own expenses, Evri is stealing directly from the pocket of those that keep them in business. I will be reporting this practice to trading standards this week. You will end up with piles of parking fines for all the multitude of new restrictions and charges that seem to appear by the day. By the time you deducts evri's extortion and these fines for all your tireless work you will end up owing money AVOID!

Pros
Friendly warehouse colleagues. Good start time especially if you’re working 2 jobs
Cons
Inconsistent break time. Unfriendly supervisors. Loud music throughout the night. Fast-paced workplace, you don’t get to breath till you on break or jobs over because some section don’t have enough people to work so it’s always overloaded with work while some other sections have more than enough people.

- 1.030 Oct 2023Courier DriverFormer Employee, more than 1 yearBelfast, Northern Ireland
Pros
Chatting to the people you deliver and support from other couriers is probably the only pro
Cons
You better hope nothing happens to ur vehicle cause you will be out the door. You might sign up for Lifestyle but you will be expected to work 6 days a week with an average parcel payment of 60p!!

Hello. Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, we're sorry to hear your comments surrounding payment and work patterns. Our couriers are important to us and earn, on average, £16 an hour after expenses such as fuel costs - and this includes time for collection and redelivery. This is independently audited by the GMB Union. We're committed to continuously improving for our couriers and I will ensure your feedback is passed on to the correct team. Kind Regards, Evri.

Pros
Easy to apply for but you are left hanging with no word on outcome.
Cons
No one to contact on application process. When you try to proffesionally reach out to thier talent acquisition team, you are just ignored . Application has been with them for two months but not a word. Hr service matches delivery service - shambles
