"not cold calling" but 100% is. 150 dials required in training, 15 sales to graduate and receive commission, the thrown into the draw system for pay.

Some of the best things I must say about this job is the dedication to the progression of each individual. The training team takes time to learn each of the trainees quirks, posotives, and negatives then tailors the training to that individual specifically. The office environment is one of a very driven yet relaxed place you wake up in the morning and is happy to come to. Plus...PING PONG!!!!
Cons
I dont personally have a problem with the hours or pay of this job. The people are nice as well as ambitious but I haven't encountered any rude individuals yet
