Pros
It was exciting to work for a company that started out small and continued on to grow exponentially. Upper management really cared about my professional development and gave me the opportunity for promotion after a short time. I also really enjoyed all of the company outings and events that were planned such as concerts, dinners, sports events, etc. Overall, this was a great place to work and the experience has helped me get to where I am today in my career.
Cons
The office space started to feel a bit small at the end of my time there, considering the company was growing at such a fast pace.
